Waterfall (Geisha)

First cupping with the team, this honey geisha is giving me a very premium standard of clean geisha that usually has white floral, peach sweetness, and the texture is yet very juicy just like orange juice.

This coffee is a special varietal - yellow geisha from Colombia. 

We love this coffee a lot, as much as we love clean geisha coffee.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 94 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 25 click).
Time of Brewing: 3 - 3.5 Minutes.
