Shipping policy

We will be using local courier services (not limit to Pgeon, Poslaju, Skynet etc) to send your coffee to you. They usually takes 3-5 working days on standard delivery to West Malaysia, and 3-7 days to Sabah/Sarawak (East Malaysia).

If the parcel was found lost/ detained by the courier services that causes degrade of the product quality, please get in touch to the team by emailing to hello@asairi.coffee.
