Roaster Notes:

This blend request came from a friend of mine, who have just began brewing coffee from home and also traveling to her oversea home. They likes the coffee to be focused on good sweetness without bitterness. This coffee promotes balance taste with less acidic (medium roast) and also goes very well to milk coffee. Expect some nuts and chocolate flavor notes from the cup and also smooth balance finish overall.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 88 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes Slow Brew


Espresso Brewing Recipe:
Temperature: 93 Celcius
Shot Time: 20-25 Seconds.
Ratio: 1 : 2 (16g : 32g)
Recommended Pressure Bar: 7-9bar
Recommended Preinfuse Time: 3second
