Thailand Chiang Rai Srima Geisha Washed

Roaster Notes:
The first time I had this geisha coffee from one of my friend's roastery, it immediately changed my point of view on Thailand Geisha. This washed geisha resembling a very classic Panama washed geisha with very pleasant white floral, and quality citrus like bergamot. It also has very good structure and mouthfeel from hot to cold. At all aspect, this coffee surprised me with very good quality geisha cup of coffee.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 93 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 27 click).
Time of Brewing: 1.5 Minutes.
