Roaster Notes:

When I'm designing this blend, I'm thinking when is a good timing to have this coffee in a day. It offers a bright citrus flavor (orange-yuzu ish) and also a balance sweet dates body. It comes to my mind that a local like me usually have fruits after a meal. This coffee might be a good one to drink when you are done with your daily duties and jobs. It's a coffee that matches your relaxing (slowing down the pace) kinda mood. Give it a try!

Temperature: 91 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.


Espresso Brewing Recipe:
Temperature: 93 Celcius
Shot Time: 18-22 Seconds.
Ratio: 1 : 2.5 (16g : 40g)
Recommended Pressure Bar: 5-7bar
Recommended Preinfuse Time: 5second
