Being a guy that enjoy conversation and also travelling, I always have mint candy in my pocket - and my favorite and usual flavor are lemon and watermelon. This coffee reminds me of a very fresh and juicy watermelon when it's hot. The aroma are alike the pale part that nearer to the skin (a bit of cucumber-ish) and sweet like honey melon. You already can tell these when you grind or pre-wet the coffee during earlier stage of brewing. The coffee then turns into honey melon dessert that you can find in usual wedding dinner. When it cools down, the sweetness remind me of the watermelon mint candy so much that I can't stop getting impressed :)

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2 Minutes.
