Roaster Notes:
It is a anaerobic washed coffee comes from a famous farm - Colombia Granja El Paraiso 92. Though our initial idea is to have it roast to create a new blend, but during cupping - the cleanliness and bold flavor surprised us. Very sugary sweetness but not aggressive (just like Panela Sugar) detected easily, with a gentle citrusy acidity (like Mandarin Orange - probably because of Chinese New Year and we are being so fresh about it) in the mouth, and the finishing are quite coating in the mouth (like caramel). It's so good that we do not want it to be unseen, thus!
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 90 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
