Being one of the fans of washed coffee, Kenya is one of our favorite. The moment we had a sip after roasted this coffee, it reminds of a very sweet tidbits that we used to have during our childhood - hawthorn flakes! This Kenyan coffee offers very smooth acidity and juicy mouthfeel, the bright berries-like acidity resembling cranberries. The aftertaste of this coffee is very juicy, reminds me of a good lemonade to have after a hot outdoor session, it's just so addictive that I couldn't stop sipping.
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
