We understand not everyone likes higher acidity coffee. This coffee offer gentle acidity like ripen pear, and the sweetness is like fuji red apple when it cools down. It has very gentle milk chocolate body (you can get more if you brew at higher temperature). It's very enjoyable cup of coffee with very solid structure and sweetness from hot to cold.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2 - 2.5 Minutes.
