The aroma when we reveal the green's coffee bag was indeed interesting. It has very fresh and lively scent from there, immediately we know it's fresh crops. On our first cupping, it has very lively citrusy acidity and tea-like body (very much taste like ice-lemon tea for us). and the finishing feels like orange tea. When it cools down, it's taste like lemon candy vividly! This is why we name this coffee as lemon candy - Remonkyandi.

Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 27 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.30 Minutes.
