The dry aroma smells super pinky, reminds me of mixture of rose, berries, and ripen lychee. When you pour in hot water, perfume-alike rose will fill up your nose aggressively. People often thinks coffee with super strong aroma has weakened bodied and sweetness, but this coffee offers very structured mouthfeel and sweetness from your nose, to your tongue, and then to your throats. It is a very good coffee to introduce your friends into specialty coffee, that will truly change their perspective about coffee.

This is a fruity and floral super light roasted coffee. We recommend brewing recipe as below:

Temperature: 93 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 30 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
