Roaster Notes:
While we're hunting a coffee that bears lychee taste note for one of our beloved partner, we found this amazing coffee from Finca Milan. This coffee offers sweet aroma like candied lychee during the wet aroma assessment, and the sweetness/ aroma are later resembling so much to passion fruit. As it cools down, it taste like strawberry jam (my personal favorite to put them on a sandwiches). To impress your friends and family, you won't go wrong with this coffee.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
