This natural-processed Pacamara from Cordillera Magma is an expressive and layered cup that beautifully showcases the variety's complexity. It opens with the vibrant sweetness of Thai pineapple, carrying a sparkling citrus-like acidity that immediately brings brightness and energy to the palate.
