Produced as part of the Agrícola Project in the highlands of Chiriquí, this washed lot showcases the distinctive character of the Obata variety with remarkable clarity and elegance. The cup opens with the soft sweetness of ripe peach, offering a gentle, juicy introduction. Crisp apple notes follow, bringing brightness and refreshing lift, while a delicate plum sweetness lingers gracefully on the finish.
