I was invited to cup a bunch of coffee that produced by CPDPM (Coffee Petri Dish Plan in Myanmar). This coffee stands out and change my point of view from any Myanmar coffee I had before this. The sample delivers a hint of floral, bright citrus acidity (but juicy smooth), very good sweetness intensity and does not offer any greenish / herbal taste note. This coffee is very well suitable to serve in daily filter coffee or espresso in your cup!
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 90 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium fine (Comandante 25 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
