I describe this coffee - a gentle and smart women! You will agree with me when you have a sip of this wonderful coffee. This coffee does not offer very dominant fragrance like other anaerobic processed coffee - but rather a traditional yellow floral notes like chrysanthemum flower. If you are also a stone fruit lover like me, and liked green pear, you will find this coffee punches you a lot with super sweet pear sweetness and super juicy. The gentle honey sweetness/ mouthfeel also reminds me of a wild honey that my friend produce in his farm from Ipoh, high intensity but not aggressive. This can be a very gentle cup of coffee that you can consume every day.

Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 3 Minutes.
