I was lucky to have a chance tasting out this coffee during the pre-mill batch cupping and immediately found good potential on this coffee. This coffee has very good structure and sweetness that hold up the quality from hot to cold. It's an Asia coffee so we expected some certain taste notes like herbal, sugar cane etc. However, this coffee are very different from what we had earlier. It offers very clean mouthfeel and aftertaste, very smooth acidity like kum quat (my favorite drink when I visit local coffee shops), very juicy mouthfeel, and the sweetness are like brown sugar. Very enjoyable and sweet cup of coffee that you can have it everyday basis.
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 90 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
