Roaster Notes:
As usual, our favourite Ethiopian washed coffee. This coffee packed with heavy punches of floral, and super honey-like sweetness. We like it roasted in Omni profile so it's easier to extract the floral and sweetness in both filter brew and espresso machine (with flat burr grinder). If you like honey like sweetness, you don't want to miss out this coffee.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 - 3 Minutes.
