From El Guatalón in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region, this washed Geisha T2722 is a delicate expression centred on florals, citrus, and gentle fruit sweetness. The cup opens with white lilies, creating a clean and graceful floral aroma. Lemonade follows with a bright, refreshing citrus character, while persimmon adds a softer fruit sweetness and subtle roundness to the cup.

The washed process gives the profile a transparent and structured presentation, allowing each flavour to remain distinct. Floral aromatics provide lift, citrus brings energy, and persimmon softens the finish with a mellow sweetness. The result feels refined rather than forceful, with an elegant progression that becomes more apparent as the coffee cools.
