Grown at Santa Felisa in Guatemala’s Acatenango Valley, this natural Gesha 2722 offers an elegant balance of florals and crisp red fruit. The cup opens with orange blossom, bringing a delicate perfume and citrus-floral lift. Red currants follow with bright, juicy acidity, while fresh red apples contribute a clean sweetness and refreshing structure.

The natural processing gives the fruit greater depth while allowing the Gesha’s aromatic character to remain graceful. Orange blossom moves gently through the cup, while currant and apple create a lively interplay between brightness and sweetness. As the coffee cools, its floral character becomes increasingly expressive and the red-fruit notes gain clarity.
