The cup opens with hibiscus, bringing a fragrant floral quality and a bright, tea-like impression. Apricot candy follows with a playful stone-fruit sweetness, while honey provides a smooth, rounded foundation that ties the profile together.

Although expressive, the cup remains composed and clear. The natural process builds sweetness and aromatic intensity, while Yirgacheffe’s characteristic elegance keeps the profile lifted. As it cools, the hibiscus becomes increasingly perfumed, the apricot character feels juicier, and the honey-like sweetness lingers gently through the finish.
