The cup opens with a distinct violet-like aroma, bringing an elegant perfumed quality before moving into juicy raspberry sweetness. Red-fruit brightness gives the coffee energy, while apple adds a crisp and refreshing structure. As the cup develops, peach emerges with a softer stone-fruit sweetness that rounds out the profile.

The natural process amplifies the fruit character without losing definition. Raspberry and peach create a generous sweetness, while violet aromatics and apple-like brightness keep the cup lifted and articulate. As it cools, the different fruit impressions become increasingly distinct, giving the coffee a layered and evolving character.
