Roaster Notes:
This coffee offers very much a berry bomb. We can pick up a very straight-forward berries from dry aroma, wet aroma, and during sipping the coffee from hot to cold. It offers stone-fruit like sweetness (like white peach) during hot and turns into tropical fruits (passion fruit or lychee hint) as it cools down. We also pick up gentle floral notes like lavender and rose during warm to cold temperature. It is a very enjoyable Ethiopia Natural coffee to drink everyday!

Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 2 Minutes.
