Roaster Notes:
This coffee delivers very elegant floral and light weighted bodied when we roast it lightly. It offers very gentle and mellow tea finish (like Silver Needle White Tea). You can capture very lively stone fruit sweetness during hot to medium (like apricot) and it turns into gentle sweetness when it cools down. This processing station has been famous for past few years due to it's excellent coffee processing and produce.

Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 93 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 2-3 Minutes.
