From the famed Koke washing station in Yirgacheffe’s Gedeo zone, this natural lot is rich, sweet, and layered. The cup opens with juicy grape notes, rounded by a smooth caramel sweetness. Black tea provides structure and clarity, while brown sugar lingers on the finish, leaving a warm and comforting impression.
This coffee is both vibrant and grounding—fruit-forward yet balanced by a deep sweetness. It’s a classic Yirgacheffe natural with a cozy twist, perfect for those who enjoy a cup that feels lively but also indulgent.
