Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Irawati Idido Washed

Roaster Notes:
This coffee offers very elegant white floral (like Jasmine) and paired with citrusy acidity (in between bergamot and mandarin), producing a very lively aroma and flavor when it's hot. White tea quickly appears when the coffee drops to warm temperature, and turn into darjeeling tea when it gets cold. As for sweetness, its stone fruit like (I would say closer to peach-hint rather than apricot-hint although we have this discussion during initial cupping).

Temperature: 93 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
