Roaster Notes:
This farm has been famous over 2023-2024 as many brewers/barista participant has their attempt using coffee from El Diviso. This is a special lot/batch for Thailand's big chain and we're lucky to have some of them in our roastery. This coffee has very high depth complexity with a lot ripen fruits notes. Berries are very dominant from hot to cold, follow by the juicy acidity that you can find in pineapple. The sweet are very melon-like, good structure and hold up when coffee gets colder. Very enjoyable and juicy cup of coffee!

Temperature: 90 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2 Minutes.
