A coffee that suits for everyday drinking that it's character are between fruits and nuts. It has bright fruity acidity like citrus / dried fruits, and also very sweet nuts body with chocolate finish (especially in milk - it tasted like milk chocolate!). This coffee for us are like one of the everyday coffee that you don't get too overwhelmed with it's complexity and also not too bland with single flavor notes only.
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 91 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
