As you might already know (or not), musician series from Costa Rica is not new, but they are improving year by year. This year - the Mozart is sweeter in my cup. It gives me more floral and fruit notes like rose and complex layer of berries (sometimes we get raspberry, sometimes blueberries) jam. As it cools down, you get the signature liquor chocolate aftertaste and elegant finish. It’s very good cup of coffee for you to share with your new friends or new comers to specialty coffee scene. If you have good setup of grinder/espresso machine at home, why not try pulling a shot of it? It will gives you a very surprise shot - though you need to be mindful that the shot can run slightly fast therefore you have to grind it finer than usual.
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 93 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 26 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.0 Minutes.
