El Diviso's coffee has been triumphing the world stage of SCA competition (especially Barista Championship). These coffee are cultivated process by Nestor Lasso, having beautifully straight forward's flavor. During hot, it taste like purple berries candy while the white floral is very dominant. When it got cool down, the coffee texture grow thicker and giving a peachy beer flavor like pale ale. It's a very interesting coffee to drink from hot to cold. Give it a go on both filter and espresso (if you have a good setup for it!)

Temperature: 95 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Fine (Comandante 24 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
