If you miss the classic Colombian coffee, this coffee might cure your crave. It has the clear traits of the terroir and good control on its natural fermentation. During hot, you can expect good ripen yellow fruits (sometimes pineapple or mango), with some berries mid-tone (mixture of raspberry and strawberry), finishing the cup with grape juices. You can expect a juicy cup when the brew is well done. I encourage you to try flat bed dripper such as Oreo, Solo Dripper or Hario Flow to achieve a vibrant acidity yet balance cup with juicy mouthfeel.

Temperature: 90 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
