This Yunnan coffee makes me wonder if I'm having an Ethiopian coffee. The main reason could be due to the very dominant yet delicate tea finish. It has very vibrant acidity like navel orange, paired with juicy mouthfeel when it's hot, white floral hints are always around from hot to cold, and the sweetness are good from hot to cold too. If you picked to brew it with espresso machine, the brown sugar sweetness are very dominant from hot to cold too.

Temperature: 91 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2.5 Minutes.
