Months ago, I bought a sample set of Tri-Up Coffee's latest Bolivia coffee, and this is one of my favorite coffee. I remember the cleanliness of the acidity and also juicy sweetness. Tried my standard washed coffee roasting profile and also a newer profile (to retain more original coffee flavor) and I've decided on the latter option. This coffee offers a very comfortable acidity like starfruit, turning into a bold bright flavor like mandarin orange, and the sweetness are like ripen plum. The standard roasting profile was tried to retain these flavor in a cup (rather than roasting sweetness). I personally like this clean sweet Bolivian coffee a lot!
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium Coarse (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 3.0 Minutes.
