Roaster Notes:
This should be the first coffee that we roast that offers winey finish. What we liked about this coffee was, it has very good structure and sweetness, and yet very clean finish, gentle sweetness of fruit wine. While it's hot, it smell like toasted banana on a plate of breakfast, and this coffee has very refreshing juicy mouthfeel.
Our recommended brewing recipe:
Temperature: 92 Celcius
Grind Size: Medium (Comandante 28 click).
Time of Brewing: 2 - 2.5 Minutes.
